Each one is made to order and hall‑marked in Edinburgh for authenticity and lasting quality. Choose from the standard garnet or opt for a selection of hexagon‑cut coloured gemstones to match your style. Usually we have one ready in stock for dispatch within 2–3 working days; when made to order or resizing is required the lead time is up to 2–3 weeks. Need it sooner? If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to exchange or refund, please return the item to us in its original, unworn condition within 14 days of receipt. Alternatively, we are happy to offer an exchange or gift voucher within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are made via the same payment method you used online. Postage on returns is non-refundable.
Exempt from any exchange or refund are bespoke pieces and items that have been customised to a customer’s request.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item. Please ensure that the items are safely packaged and returned to us using a signed for delivery service and include a reason for return. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit whilst being returned to us. In the case of exchanges, a re-delivery charge will apply of £5, or £10 for items sent internationally.
